 CCS carries out research and development activity in all diverse aspects of telecommunications systems and techniques, computer systems and their applications, software and hardware engineering, telematics and multimedia applications, control systems, robotics and biomedical engineering. The activities of the Intelligent Systems Laboratory concern the application of computational intelligence in data analysis, classification and diagnosis, scheduling and optimization, control and navigation tasks, as well as in data mining and knowledge discovery. The research group has extensive experience related to the use of intelligent techniques in biomedical applications, web applications and multimedia systems.
